Do you like marmalade?

In May 2019, the first world marmalade competition was held in Yawatahama City, Ehime Prefecture, and we decided to establish an association in the hope that people will learn the deliciousness of marmalade and the joy of making them.

Marmalade can be made with only citrus and sugar, but each marmalade is different depending on who made them. We hope that many people will enjoy the profound harmony created by the balance of bitterness, acidity and sweetness of citrus.

In addition, the common aroma of citrus fruits helps calm your mind and give a gentle push to your back. I will continue to spread the happiness of making marmalade while being surrounded by the gentle fragrance of citrus.
